There's no minimum! You can order as few as 1 hat. Volume discounts start at 12 hats.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10-15 business days after artwork approval.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF. Vector files work best for embroidery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of 24+ hats qualify for free standard shipping.
Can I see a proof before you start?
Absolutely! We send a digital proof for approval before production begins.
